Clean hotel in a nice building close enough to the nearby marina, the Film festival for the entire evening, and Thessaloniki. Comfortable and excellent position by the sea in the suburbs rather than in the middle of the city👍

Amazing Sea View: The moment I stepped onto the oceanfront veranda, I felt like a Greek god gazing across the Aegean Sea. The view reached the snowy peak of Olympus, making me feel like I had been transported to a mythical realm.
No Shower Head Holder: The only downside was the lack of a shower head holder or shower curtain in the bathroom, which was a bit strange.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! Not only did they surprise us for our wedding anniversary, but they also gave us a room with a stunning view of the sea and Halkidiki. The location couldn't be better - within walking distance of bars, cafes, restaurants, and mini supermarkets. The staff went above and beyond, allowing us to stay in our room until 7pm after my surgery and late flight. The hotel and room were clean and had everything we needed, despite being a 2-star. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed and easygoing holiday!

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of bedbugs in our bed! Such a lovely way to wake up and be reminded of our stay.

I chose this hotel for a corporate retreat and it provided easy access to the Thessaloniki city center for my professional meetings. The facilities were satisfactory and I had a positive experience during my stay.
The hotel lacked a dedicated business center which would have been helpful for my work needs.

I recently stayed at Oceanis for a week-long vacation. The hotel is conveniently located near the sea in the suburbs, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the city. The Greek breakfast served was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is well-connected to the city center by a bus that runs right past it. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the marina. I would definitely stay here again.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel even remembered me from my last stay, making me feel valued as a returning guest. I also appreciated the added convenience of having a kettle in my room, allowing me to enjoy a cup of tea whenever I wanted.
